The Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986
This is an act to prohibit the engagement of children below 14 years in all kinds of employments and regulate the engagement and conditions of work of adolescent workers in certain employments
Inspectors
The Deputy Labour Commissioner, Labour Officers and the Assistant Inspectors of Labour have been declared as inspectors under this act
