Safety Training Cell

Having a safe environment is a joint responsibility of the management as well as the workers. What ever may be the Personal Protective Equipment are provided to the workers, it is their psychological awareness of the workers, which will protect them. Hence a Safety Training cell was set up in the Factory Inspectorate and started conducting training on safety awareness among the workers in the factories by given lectures and through audio visual aids such as screening of safety films, slides, etc., thereby benefiting the workers. During the year 1987, a post of Projector Operator, was created and filled and he conducts film shows in all factories periodically
